The Bradford (BSF) Phase 2 project is a 27 year concession to finance, construct, operate, and maintain four secondary schools for Bradford Metropolitan District Council (BMDC), as part of Bradford’s Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme.

The four modern campus environments comprise of: the Beckfoot and Hazelbeck campus, the Grange school, the Greenhead and Beechcliffe campus, and the Hanson and Hanson campus. They also contain four smaller schools which provide dedicated learning for students with special educational needs.

Financial close occurred in September 2009. Design and construction of the schools was provided by a joint venture between Costain and Ferrovial Agroman. Construction of all schools was successfully completed in May 2011. Capital expenditure was approximately £230 million.

The FM services have been subcontracted to Amey Communities, who will also provide the information and communications technology.
