Finance, construct, operate, and maintain a hospital for NHS Property Services

The Brentwood Community Hospital project is a 32 year concession to finance, construct, operate, and maintain a community hospital in Brentwood, Essex, providing approximately 50 inpatient beds in a 9,000 sqm facility, for NHS Property Services.

The £23 million project reached financial close in June 2006.

Construction was undertaken by Mansell Construction Services Limited and was completed in August 2008.

Hard FM services are undertaken by Integral UK Limited and Soft FM services by Initial Facilities. Kajima is currently responsible for management of the project.
