The Glasgow Hospital project is a 33 year concession to finance, construct, operate, and maintain two new ambulatory care and diagnostic hospitals in Glasgow. The client is the Greater Glasgow and Clyde Health Board.

Financial close was reached in August 2006.

Construction was carried out by Balfour Beatty under a £178 million construction contract.

The facilities became operational mid-2009. FM Services are provided by Engie.
