Finance, design, build, and maintain 14 primary care centres across Republic of Ireland.

The Ireland Primary Care Project is a 26 year concession to finance, design, build, and maintain 14 primary care centres across Republic of Ireland.

New facilities will be built in Dublin, as well as at locations in Galway, Kildare, Limerick, Mayo, Roscommon, Sligo, Waterford, Tipperary and Wexford. 

 

 

The project reached financial close on 25 May 2016. The total construction cost for the Project is approximately €145m. 

Construction commencement is summer 2016, with the centres being delivered by Balfour Beatty Ireland and JJ Rhatigan & Company over a twenty-seven month programme. Ongoing maintenance will be performed by Aramark Ireland.
