The Irish Grouped Schools project is a 26 year concession to finance, construct, operate, and maintain five secondary schools in the Republic of Ireland. The client is the Department of Education and Skills, Ireland.

Financial close occurred in November 2001.

The €34 million project was built by a number of Irish Contractors, including John Sisk and Son Limited, and was finished by December 2002.

HSG Zander (formerly Hochtief Facility Management, and now part of Bilfinger) is providing the Hard and Soft FM Services.
