Finance, construct, operate, and maintain a mounted police headquarters office for Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Canada

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police 'E' Division Headquarters P3 project is a 28 year concession to finance, construct, operate and maintain a 72,000 sqm headquarters office facility building in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada for Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Canada (represented by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services).

The project reached financial close in April 2010. Construction was carried out by a construction joint venture between Bouygues Building Canada Inc. and Bird Design-Build Limited for a total construction cost of approximately C$234 million. Construction was completed in December 2012.

The project is being operated and maintained by Bouygues Energies and Services.
