Finance, construct, operate, and maintain four police stations for the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime

The South East London Police Stations project is a 27 year concession to finance, construct, operate, and maintain four new police stations for the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime.

Situated in Bromley, Deptford, Lewisham and Sutton, these stations provide facilities for Borough operations, the Mounted Branch and the Serious Crime Division. Covering 34,000 sqm of internal space, the stations contain 96 custody cells and stabling for 24 horses.

This £80 million project reached financial close in October 2001, and was designed and constructed by Laing O'Rourke.

The site became operational in February 2004.
