Finance, construct, operate, and maintain a hospital for Buckinghamshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

The Stoke Mandeville Hospital project is a 30 year concession to finance, construct, operate, and maintain a new facility that provides clinical and non- clinical services focused around day care and ambulatory care. The client is Buckinghamshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

Financial close occurred in May 2004. The project was completed in August 2006 with a capital expenditure of approximately £40 million.

Construction services were provided by Alfred McAlpine, now part of the Carillion group, in a joint venture with Haden.

FM services are provided by Sodexo. These include building maintenance, catering, cleaning, linen, portering, pest control and car park management
